About Claudia Da Silva

Hello, I’m Claudia Da Silva, the founder of Palm Leaf Realty Group. I was born in Portugal and spent my early years in The Netherlands, living and working in Rotterdam and The Hague. With a degree in Business Administration, I built my career in corporate roles, including working for Royal Shell Oil. In 2008, life brought me to Houston, Texas, where I married my husband, Francisco, and we now live with our two beloved dogs, Hunter and Frida.

After more than a decade in the corporate world, I yearned for a career that would bring purpose and joy to my life. In 2016, inspired by my lifelong exposure to the real estate industry—growing up as the daughter of a builder—I decided to follow my passion and enter the world of real estate. Since then, I’ve been a top-producing agent in Houston, selling over $5 million annually.

In my quest to deliver an elevated client experience, I established Palm Leaf Realty Group. My husband, Francisco, has joined me in this venture, bringing over 30 years of combined professional expertise. Together, we serve clients with integrity, leveraging our backgrounds in corporate ethics and compliance. We speak Portuguese and Spanish, allowing us to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Palm Leaf Realty Group is more than a real estate team—it’s a vision. Our mission is to provide a luxurious, seamless real estate experience that goes beyond transactions. We serve Houston and surrounding neighborhoods, help buyers and sellers in Portugal through our trusted network, and assist clients in achieving their second home or vacation property dreams in Florida, where we also manage rental properties.
