With a background in Business Administration and a lifelong connection to real estate—thanks to her father, a builder—Claudia transitioned into the industry in 2016. Driven by her passion for people and inspired by her international journey, she launched Palm Leaf Realty Group, proudly powered by Coldwell Banker Realty.
In 2024, Claudia’s husband Francisco Romero officially joined the team, bringing over 40 years of expertise in investigations, corporate compliance, asset protection, and ethics. Born in Nicaragua and raised in New York, Francisco’s professional path has always been guided by integrity and accountability—values that now strengthen the core of our business. His meticulous, detail-driven approach complements Claudia’s client-first mindset, creating a seamless, transparent, and heart-centered experience for every client.
Claudia and Francisco met in Holland and married in 2009. Today, they call the Spring area of Texas home, where they live with their beloved Havanese pup, Frida. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, they proudly serve a diverse clientele across Houston, The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas.
