Hello, I’m Claudia Da Silva, the founder of Palm Leaf Realty Group. I was born in Portugal and spent my early years in The Netherlands, living and working in Rotterdam and The Hague. With a degree in Business Administration, I built my career in corporate roles, including working for Royal Shell Oil. In 2008, life brought me to Houston, Texas, where I married my husband, Francisco, and we now live with our two beloved dogs, Hunter and Frida.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, I yearned for a career that would bring purpose and joy to my life. In 2016, inspired by my lifelong exposure to the real estate industry—growing up as the daughter of a builder—I decided to follow my passion and enter the world of real estate. Since then, I’ve been a top-producing agent in Houston, selling over $5 million annually.
In my quest to deliver an elevated client experience, I established Palm Leaf Realty Group. My husband, Francisco, has joined me in this venture, bringing over 30 years of combined professional expertise. Together, we serve clients with integrity, leveraging our backgrounds in corporate ethics and compliance. We speak Portuguese and Spanish, allowing us to connect with a diverse range of clients.

The name "Palm Leaf Realty" embodies the feeling of being on a beach or vacation—relaxed, joyful, and cared for. That’s the experience we aim to deliver for every client, ensuring their real estate journey is as breezy and delightful as a day at the beach.
The decision to choose the Monstera Deliciosa as my company logo was an easy one. This plant represents growth, upward energy, and abundance – all of which are values that guide me. This plant is often used in feng shui to help bring these positive energies into space. And that is what we do! We bring positive energy into a space, situation, and people’s lives.
I was looking for a logo representing my commitment to growth and success as an entrepreneur, team leader, and member of our communities, and the Monstera Deliciosa was a perfect choice.
