Claudia Da Silva, founder and team leader, was born and raised in Portugal. Although she left at 18 to live in the Netherlands and later moved to Houston, Texas, she never lost her deep connection to her roots. With most of her family still living in Portugal and annual visits to tour new developments and meet with local partners, Claudia continues to live between both worlds—bringing the best of Portugal and Houston together for her clients.

As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Claudia is licensed and qualified to list and market overseas properties, with a special focus on Portugal. Her fluency in Portuguese, cultural insight, and understanding of the country’s real estate laws and lifestyle make her uniquely equipped to guide North and South American clients through the international buying and selling process with confidence and ease.

Currently, our team is partnered with local real estate experts from the north to the south of Portugal—including the islands. Our primary focus areas include Leiria, Lisbon, Setúbal, and Porto, with expansion into the Algarve already in the works.
