Originally from Portugal, Claudia spent over a decade living in The Netherlands, working in corporate roles in Rotterdam and The Hague, including at Royal Shell Oil. With a degree in Business Administration and a background in leadership and operations, she moved to Houston in 2008, seeking a new beginning. That same year, she reunited with Francisco—whom she met in Holland—and the two have been a team in life and business ever since. They married in 2009 and now live in Spring, Texas, with their adorable Havanese dog, Frida.

Claudia entered real estate in 2016 after a successful corporate career, inspired by her father who was a builder and her lifelong love of homes. Since then, she has become a top-producing agent in Houston, selling over $5 million annually and earning the trust of both local and international clients. Her passion for creating a seamless, elevated client experience led to the launch of Palm Leaf Realty Group, powered by Coldwell Banker Realty.

In 2024, Francisco Romero officially joined the team, adding an entirely new layer of depth and professionalism. Born in Nicaragua and raised in New York, Francisco brings over 40 years of experience in investigations, asset protection, corporate compliance, and ethics. His career in government and corporate sectors sharpened his detail-oriented approach and taught him how to manage complex negotiations and high-stakes situations with calm, clarity, and integrity. Now, he brings those same skills to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate with confidence.
Together, we speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English—connecting us with a wide range of clients across Houston’s diverse communities. We proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Houston, and beyond, offering guidance that is always personalized, transparent, and driven by your goals.
